Access bond blocked - docs rendered not unblocked

My address did not change. Yet in May without prior notification my account is blocked for FiCA.
Monday 20 May we provided the documents.
Wednesday 22 May bond helpdesk claims they did not receive.
Escalate to Paul Blignaut at Centurion
He is never available, PA does not return call.
Today 27 May his phone is constantly on voice mail.
Utter poor service.
