SB debited my ABSA account in 2008 with an amount over R72, 750.47 for one normal monthly debit order on my home loan that was suppose to be in the area of R7, 000.00. I took this matter up with SB and they listened to the tapes and agreed that the incompetent lady who assisted me has made some vinger trouble and that she might have added an extra digit to my debit order amount by accident. Obviously I didn't just have R72, 750.47 in my ABSA Cheque account and ABSA charged me R143.72 for a debit order that can't go through. I feel SB should reimburse me for this transaction costs of 2008 (with interest of 10% a year = R231.46). They ignore me the whole time since 2008. They don't pay this amount and now in 2013 they want me to proof to them I haven't received the money by printing statements from my ABSA account over the last 5 years. This would cost around R2, 000 to print and they even told me they would pay this. Quite frankly I don't believe SB and according to law they must proof they paid me. SB you have all the forms so please look on your system before bothering me for for the 100th time about the proof that this has happened.
SB please just reimburse me the R231.46.
