Still no feedback since last week and I paid

You called me the day I posted the hellopeter comment and I have not heard anything from your company.

I also wrote to your debt collector ITC to get in touch with you as the letter they sent us about the oustanding balance dated 24th of January, only reached me on teh 31st of Janaury. How can I pay something when I dont even know about it??

I have been reading on hellopeter and it seems it is a general problem with your accounting system. IF you post your invoices, people would pay you. I am sure of it.

I need a refund as per my previous comment.
