I was under debt review with Lifeline Debt Solutions but was at a point where I could pay off all my debts myself, I settled these with my creditors and sent off the letters from them stating that I had cleared my debt.
However now 3 months later and the bank still has it on their system that there is a notice of set down still active from my debt counselling agents. My bank advised me to contact Lifeline and have them rectify this.
I have tried contacting Lifeline 4 times, have sent 3 emails and still NO ONE has actually had the decency to respond or provide me with any sort of feedback. This company is fast to assist when you're in a problem however the minute you're on their system you can never get anything from them, no feedback no nothing.
I have mailed the following people and nothing:
Nikitha Bhojraj
Cedric Vaughan
And the contact centre for assistance.
BUT NOTHING!
This is just one of the problems experienced, you do not want to know the others in the last 2 years.
