- queries dont get resolved
- poor feedback
- bad attitude
- do not help ease financial stress
- lost copy of my ID
- collections agancies still call whilst under debt review with life line
- listed while under debt review with them
- you dont notified if assigned debt counsellor leaves
- am more confused now abt my debt then when I joined them
- after paying lawyer fees my matters havent been heard in court!
Have only ever had decent help from one agent - Cedric Vaughn. The rest of my interaction with this company has been pure rubbish!
