I've been sent from pillar to post regarding a settlement letter, this Blue Financial services company has a thousand collection agents all over South Africa who can't read or tell the difference between their and their cheeks. a very helpful bongani just advised me today that my account was settled with them 7 months ago (November 2012) and my name should have been cleared on ITC 7-14 days after the final payment (but it appears on my credit report that they updated my account as 90 days over due in April 2013). My life is on hold because of some incompetent person who does not know when and how to do their job have decided not to do anything. Don't bother calling any of the telephone numbers on their websites they are not working... i've done my own little investigative work and got hold of someone who said this should be sorted in two weeks... I'm no longer holding my breath.
