I have been a client of MFC for a few years. In this time I cannot recall getting through to a human being once or having the luck of my call being answered.
On many occasions, in emergencies, when I've needed to make changes, when I have an enquiry (over the years) I have held for 30 minutes plus. NEVER have I heard a human voice or have I been assisted.
Perhaps MFC can check their records to see how many times in how many yrs I have been able to reach an agent?
This is disgusting.
I have received an sms stating that I must consult their website for: full information on changes to my account nr statement and MFC's bank account number.
I cannot find the info referred to in the sms. Am panicking about these so called changes. (Monthly debit has gone through yesterday.)
