I get notified of every transaction that goes trough my acc.
last night my debit orders went of and I was notified but there wasn't sufficient funds in the acc.
so by 7am this morning when i woke and read the message i immediately had money put in to the acc.
I normally have 24 hours to do that.by 9 i got a message for not 1 but 2 unsuccessful debid orders and the money was placed back into my acc. i called fnb premium banking and all they said is that i am liable for the unsuccessful charges of R138 each because they have the right to change the T's & C's every year without notification. so i don't have 24 hours to fix my acc. Now this influences my credit record for late payment I can't help to wonder how many people they got with that excuse?
and that all done without notifying their clients. so i think i will be moving to a better bank
