INCOMPETENT PERSONAL LOANS STAFF

I approached the FNB personal loan to settle the balance on my account on the 18 april at 12.00and a settlement paper with the owed amount to pay was given to me. I effected payment the same day at 12.31. Though I have explained eveything to the consultant that I wanted to settle the account the same day, I am astonished that they are still calling, harassing me that I do owe them money. This is irritating. I have all the paper and no one is able to assist. This is unbelievable that a big bank like FNB cannot stand on its word after paper has been signed and money paid Kindly sort out this.
