The bank lost my money

I have been banking with ABSA for over 10 years and have trusted all their convenient banking services, mobile and internet banking up until recently. On the 25th of December 2012, the bank lost all my money as it seems my account was hacked. I lost over R 23 000.00 which the bank has come to the conclusion that they are not liable for my loss and blames me for niglegence.

I was at church that day and had no Idea I was being robbed as somehow my phone was also jammed through an unauthorized Sim-swap. So I was caught totaly unaware by what seems either an inside job or serious professionals. This has traumatized me and left me strended without any funds for over a month now, having to borrow money for everything whilst waiting for the ivestigation's outcome. Am I able to sue the bank?
