My account have been debited four times this month and this is causing unnecessary charges on my account. I have contacted your department twice and I seriously think this is getting out of hand.

I made an agreement that my account should be debited on the last day of the month but for the past 3 month it was changed without my consent to the 15th.
I've e-mailed Gareth my bank statement showing. debit order that went through on the 15th of R150 that I had no idea what it was for, and now am asking myself if the same thing will happen this month???

I am seriously not happy with your customer services.
