Don't for-full promises

Ive oppend a personal account on Monday, ccd couriers contacted me yesterday to inform me that my card will be delivered today (I need the card to activate my internet banking and access my account), after witch i arranged for my sallery to get paid into that account. Today CCD couriers phoned me and said that the card will only be delivered on Tuesday, So I will only be able to access my funds on Tuesday. I phoned FNB to sort this out, but every time they just say they will get back to me, but no one do. They advertise to have the best service, but their service to say the least.
