Not updating accounts on ITC and no feed back

On 05 APRIL 2013 I settle my loan with (Bruma Finance) and i have paid their full amount of R12000, their service is not professionaly each and every time i have to phone and ask when are they updating my particulars, my account number 628295 i spoke several of their call center consultants nosipho, yvonne and others and each time they transfere me to other department without explaining what is really happening, they are very quick to act if you did skip you account but yet very slow in responding to the customer. the last consultant i spoke to during this week promise to come back to me before end of the day and i am still waiting. please close my account on itc as it reflect open, you have last updated it february 2013.
