UPDATING OF MY ITC RECORD ON ALL CREDIT BUREAU

On 16 October 2013 I settle my loan with Boodle (Bruma Finance) and i have paid their full balance amount of R4770, their service is not professionally each and every time i have to phone and email their attorneys HTN as they have not updated my credit report with ALL THE CREDIT BUREAU as i have i requested more than a month ago, my account number 752568 i spoke several of their call center and each time they transfer me to other department without explaining what is really happening, they are very quick to act if you skip your account but yet very slow in responding to the customer. the last consultant i spoke to during this week promise to come back to me before end of the day and i am still waiting. please close my account on itc as it reflect open, you have last updated it 31 May 2013.
