I've been using Absa since my high School days, i have a credit card with them and i never skipped a payment, never even paid them late. my debit goes off on the 25th each month. the problem is whenever i need help i have to go to other Banks coz Absa cannot help. they always have somethingg lame to say.. this is the third time coming across this problem from them. i one lost my ID and i was a victim of but everything was settled and all went well, i have bought furniture on credit after that and i never had a problem. the bank that has all my details and still managed to answer all security questions but still, im told that im not the person i say i am. like really?? my salary is deposited to my Absa Savings accounts bvut still. i once applied for a Vehicle finance they couldnt help due to their own stupid reason, i went to Standard Bank and they financed me without any problems. i also tried to apply for a personla loan last year and they still coukdnt help me, i went to Capitec i was granted the loan with no hustles. i fail to understand why im still with this bank who cannot be there when i need them, whiles other banks are able to help me... its better to change!!!
