Where is my money - Part 2?

After my complaint on Friday the 3rd of May 2013:

I entered Debt Counselling in June 2008. I have been paying my Checkers Store Card since. I phoned Munnich Attorneys to get an outstanding balance and they inform me my debt was written off the August 2009. I have tried tirelessly to get anyone at FNB on the phone but none of the numbers get answered. Will someone please tell me where the last 4 years payments are?

What now? a Lady phoned me twice and I never heard anything again.
