DISAPPOINTED WITH FNB

I went to FNB in ladysmith on Monday 20/05/2013 to open a bank account where i will receive my salary. i gave the consultant my documents and i was so shocked when she told me that i already have an account with them. i tried to explain to the lady that i lost my ID in 2010 and the person on my ID book is not me. she went to ask someone came back to me and told me they cannot assist me. i had humbly asked her to freeze that account but she refused. i have never stayed in JHB or worked at Legal Wise, i showed her my current ID she herself saw that the person`s ID pic on their database is older then me she could not be 27 yrs old as it states on the ID but no she told me that there is nothing she can do. i was looking foward to bank with FNB but im so disapointed in them. they always say 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" but they did not even help me or try to understand my situation or even offer to investigate my matter.why would i try to open a bank acc if i already have one with them?..i know im not their customer but i just needed assistance.
