Service is shocking

I was in a bumper bashing on Friday 17 May and I have sat on the phone on hold, being passed from person to person, and having to listen to that annoying music, I have even requested call backs on the phone as well as on line, and no one has called me back. It is now nearly a week after the accident as i have still not recieved the documents that I requested after the accident. I keep being told that someone will email them to me and I have asked 5 times now and someone is yet to help. I am very annoyed that I have to waste my time chasing up on Miway...
