Dismayed with FNB's lack of response

I am a platinum account holder. I ordered a Ipad online. They called me on Monday night to say it had been declined due to the fact that they did not see a salary in April. Well shoot me down for paying myself 2 days early in March... I explained this to them .. they then said 'ok someone will call you at 8 on Tuesday' ... to no avail... I then emailed a complaint via online banking and got an email back to say someone will call in in one business day... well it has been 2 days and no call. I am more than qualified for an Ipad but maybe my business is not important to them? MAYBE IT IS TIME TO LEAVE? MAYBE THIS WILL GET A RESPONSE? MAYBE NOT!!! My entire experience as a platinum account holder has been less than satisfying... WHAT TO DO!!!
