Impossible to find out what is going on

I have been with Standardbank all my life since the 80's. All was always good, they gave me credit, house bond, I had bad credit, fixed it and so things went like any normal person.

A few years ago I made a slight mistake with an overdraft but all was paid and all good. Been trying to figure out why they keep pushing my credit card limit up but does not allow me an overdraft as the latter has less interest.

I have in vain been trying to contact my own branch (Seems personal banking is something of the past now) as well, which now seems an impossible task. I was just put through to the Hilton in Sandton and was suppose to go to Standardbank Hatfield, what a joke!!

The contact center says I have to go into the branch to do this now. What??? Just let me know yes/no and whatever, what is the issue???

You have my total 20 year financial history, you gave me a house bond online without me going in. Have Standardbank gone so far backward that I know have to do it old-school again. Ridiculous!!!

FNB here we come, they just approved all!!! 20 years wasted!
