FNB taking my money for an old account

FNB credit card division took my money from my FNB cheque account for an old paid account. This account was paid and there was no any further transactions made and no correspondences between myself and FNB for over 4 years now; and in any case this account would have Prescribed by now. I want FNB to refund the money (R3600.00) that they took from my account without my permission for a very old account that was inactive for over 4 years.
