It is imposible to get hold of anyone at the ferm, and trying to call there call centre is no help at all as they all cant help you and just keep passing you around.
when i did get hold off some one they gaver me the complete wrong info and still could not help me with my questions.
i then try and contact the so called mamager that will be able to help me and cant get holds of him on the phone and leave messaged and send emails and still to date no reply!!!
I will not have anything to do with Alwxander Forbes ever again. i want out of my Provident fund with them.
