I requested the Polokwane branch to check me the amount that I qualify for the cash back withdrawal. It was on the 23/05/2013 when a representative let me speak to the call centre people who apparently are in Gauteng. I spoke to a lady and since she promised to check with the head office because she cannot see anything on the policy. I called the call center on the29/05/2013 and talked to Morongwa who gave me the team leader's telephone numbers to call. I spoke to the man by the name of Motlatse (the team leader) who since promised to call me back with a reports but never did until today. Methinks everyone that I am going to call is always going to call me back.
