Disappointed

I am so disappointed by old mutual, i wanted to make it my future company investment but they took money out of my account without my authorisation. i spoke to the financial adviser over the phone and never finalise anything and the next thing they debit my account with R465.00 and when i call they tell me i have a green-lite life cover. i don't trust it any more. i just want them to now terminate whatever pending from me a.d cancel my personal information from their system. i don't want to invest with them anymore. they even debited my husband account. another thing i don't know where they got our account numbers.sad sad sad
