Follow up Account Closure

Am following up on my complaint logged on the 15th of May,
Someone from the Management Team called and promised to sort the problem out and call me back.
I had a look at the ITC report this morning and its still the same.
I had a loan with Finchoice which I paid up but its still reflecting as I owe R11822 (a/c: 961479)... What???
Apart from that account I have 18 other account numbers allocated to my name. What the is this for?
What is this doing to my credit record.
This should be a clause when you take up a loan.
