I WANT MY REFUND!

I HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FOR AN INSURANCE THAT IHAVENT AGREED TO WITH MY CAR FINANCE AMOUNT EVERY MONTH. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH AIP, CAR FINANCE DPT, ACTION LINE, AND ABSA BANK. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEBRUARY AND HAVENT RECIEVED FEEDBACK. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND ON FRIDAY THE 17/05/2013 AND STILL YET TO RECIEVE MY REFUND. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND NEED IT REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. THIS HAS HAD A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON MY FINANCIAL SITUATION. I NEED THIS MATTER RESOVLED ASAP OR I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION ADN BE IN CONTACT WTH THE CONSUMER COUNCIL... PLEASE THIS MATTER WITH URGENCY
