I resigned from absa on 23 March 2013 and all relevant documents where submitted to HR.
My last day at work was on 22 April 2013. I contacted pension funds to confirm receipt if my docs, but was informed that they where not received, i then contacted hr, and they re-opened the matter but to date i have not received any update.
I tried several times to get in touch with pensions deptmnt but all i get is voicemail.
Please help, i am not happy with the departments service at all.
