Ediculous fees

I just contacted the contact centre to enquire on 2 debits on my account.

All I want is the Company names and contact numbers if possible. So I can contact the companies.

My issue is that I am told this will take up to 7 working days to get this information. and guess what there is a fee of R20 per transaction.

This is rediculous R20 per transaction.
