Steve pls help Standard Bank does not want to

On Thurs eve I went to the ATM in Durbanville to transfer R9400 from my cheque acc to my pure save account. On Fri when checking my acc I saw that the instruction given at the ATM was actually not actioned correctly because the money was actually transferred to the RCP acc. I then contacted the call centre to have this transaction reversed (Working in the industry and speaking to the branch I know this can be done). I as firstly told that they can not help i need to contact the loans dept. On calling loans they reff me back to the call centre. I then contact the call centre again (also noting that you wait about 10mins before the call is answered) and the gentleman told me he would get a specialist consultant to contact me in 48 hrs. After the 48hrs expired I contacted the call centre again I was then told that this can not be done. I spoke to a supervisor who also could not do this. I asked to speak to the manager who was on the phone and promised to phone me back (i am still waiting). I then contact the call centre again and was then told that I was at Simmons and need to speak to Constancia, i was then cut off. I need this money what to do now or must i move banks?
