PERSISTENT MALFUNCTION OF CHIP ATM CARD

Good day

The above refers on Saturday 2013/05/18 i deposited money at an atm in Rosslyn: R190.00.

In the middle of the transaction after the money with the envelope was deposited the machine cancelled the transaction and gave error message 024.

The "sms" notification shows the transaction as having gone through on my mobile phone.

It seems i cant transact with your new chip card, this continues to be a source of embarrassment and frustration.

Please improve your service and respond to your customers timeously this is so irritating to experince this kind of dissservice from your bank and it continues every month, and when it happens i must fight and fight until it gets resolved or report to hello [URL Removed]

As happens with my complaint ref number52848424 which happenned on 2013/04/12 i was phoned only on 2013/05/17 by some lady who insisted that i was at fault without even going into the details and nature of my complaint.

Please beef up your complaints resolution i am losing money every month due to some people incompetence as can be seen from my previous complaints number:5284842, 52446773, 52237595, 52164418, 47962816
