Thanks for the good Service received from IUA, Launched a claim on the 16 of May 2013, after the call they sent me an SMS confirming my call. The following day they send me an SMS the that my documents were received and my claim will be processed. Today they send me an SMS and even called to say that my claim has been finalized and payment will be done today. Thanks for the constant feed back.
