Its quite pathetic that a client must wait more than 10 working days for find out if his credit card application has been approved or declined. Promises never kept (I will call you by C.O.B) then nothing.. You guys do not deserve to offer platinum cards. If i needed "Metal" service, I would had gone somewhere else. I really thought you were better. Call centre agents at your complaints department have attitude. How do you complaint about the complaint department? this is laughable to say the least. I am not impressed at all. Every time i call, I have to explain that I do not have an ID but a passport number and your agents still dont understand why it wouldnt work. Dont offer services for foreigners if you do not have capacity to do so... this is sh
