Have not received a refund after being overcharged by a vendor in England.
Forms and copies of slips sent to mastercard. I was advised of the delay in finalising the matter. Once that date had arrived I was then told I had left the matter too long. So for being a reasonable long standing client I get punished and feel like the intention was never to refund my money in the first place
. Why can't the refunds just be applied to the account - same way as money is deducted off the account. VERY un happy client.
