I was looking for a loan when I stumbled accross the Loan Discovery website and applied for the service which included the 2-in-1 package in January. When I discovered there are no gaurantees that they can help, I canceled and received an sms confirming this. At the end of the month, R399 was deducted from my account. When I called to request a refund I was told that I needed to send my bank statement showing the money has been deducted from my account. I did that on the 14th of February.
Still today, I have not received my money. I called this morning and after waiting for seemed like eternity, the phone was picked up by Jody who told me that the case is with their finance team and they will e-mail me and then me when they will refund me. i told her that its rediculous that it should take so long for me to get my money back. I asked to speak to someone in finance department and she dropped the phone on me. What an appalling service?
I want my money back now, why should have to wait so long for my money?
