I was truly surprised when I called my Insurance, Auto & General today. From all other companies I am by now used to the long waiting cue going through several computerized selection Menus only to find out I ended up at the wrong department anyway. But when I phoned A&G I was speaking to Mr. Thami Sidu within less than 7 seconds from calling. He spoke very clearly and listened exactly at what my requirement was. Not only that; when we got to a part where I didn't have all the info he called the Sales Agent while I was on the line to get all the remaining info. An added bonus was that he knew his Radio Alphabet perfectly - so giving long VIN Numbers was no problem. I can truly say that he went the extra mile. This is the kind of service that makes life pleasant. From having worked in Germany and China I keep telling people about the small things that make a country more efficient. This is the kind of thing that until now set us apart from those countries. I can only recommend all other call centers to learn from this. Saving Time = Saving Money. Thank You Thami!
