WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO (FRUSTRATED)

I HAVE BEEN HARASSED DAY AND NIGHT BY THE AFRICAN BANK CALL CENTER AND CAN NOT GET ANY INFO THAT I NEED FROM THEM TO SORT OUT A CURRENT SITUATION.

I NEED SOME INFORMATION/CONFIRMATION OF A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT.
I CALLED THAPELO MOSHOESHOE FOR HELP AND STILL WAITING. HIS ATTITUDE IS PATHETIC, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HIM FOR 2 WEEKS NOW WITH NO RESULT

HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A DIRECT NUMBER TO CONTACT AFTER EXHAUSTING MY PATIENTS WITH THEIR INEFFECTIVE CALL CENTER.

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT TO HELLO PETER EITHER, THE STAFF AT AFRICAN BANK SEEM TO PASS THE BUCK TO EVERYONE, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND THEN GET CUT OFF. THE ATTITUDE OF AB IS UNBELIEVABLE.
