FNB has not informed of the reversed charges that they have been taking off my account. So i am now in the minus of my account without being informed of how to avoid this situation. when contacting them, they informed me that they cannot do anything about the reverse charges and they apologise that no one from FNB informed what was happening with my account. I think that this is extremely wrong and is considered steeling. When people are having financial issues and are making a plan to sort it out, i think it is only respectable to contact their customer and inform them what is going on with their account and not making it so that the customer has to pay them money that they did NOT agree to.
FNB is pathetic and are a bunch of liars. They make all these promises to be the best bank and have the best prices with interest and blah blah, meanwhile they are useless.
