On the 6the of jan 2013 money was drawn out of my debit account in lesotho, I immediatly cancelled my card and reported it, I was told someone will phone me in three days! Its now 11 days later and many phone calls and emails and still no respond!! Not everybody can loose 1000 rand and forget about it!! as yet I haven't had any contact from the bank or my money back!! why do I have to pay 120 transaction fees for money out of my account! So disappointed.
