After being with ABSA for many years it is a pleasant surprise to deal with a bank who takes Customer Service seriously. Thank you FNB for resolving the query I had on two suspect transactions on my account, quickly and without arguing. I wasnt told to go into the bank, it was resolved over the phone. I also wasnt told that I had to pay charges for something that was not my doing or my fault. And I was treated like a customer and not a nuisance. Well done.
