Confidential Statements of My Account

I have been residing in Johannesburg since 12/03/2010 & have had a constant struggle to change my residential address, as well as de-activate any form of receiving a monthly Statement for my account. I have been to FNB Carlswald, FNB Boulders Mall & FNB Mall @ Reds only to find out on the 05/05/2013 that my statements are still been posted to Chatsworth.
This is utterly unacceptable & angers me, as there has been a person other than myself with confidential information on my account. I find it disturbing that FNB service levels have been of a low standard with assistance in this regard. I have also only ever asked for in-contact service via sms, but in the last 3 years had in-contact e-mails activated several times on my account without my permission. It then takes up my time to contact the call centre to have this de-activated over again.
I have logged a complaint online but no-one has responded on it from FNB to date.

I even received a statement on the 17/11/2013. This may seem like a small thing to FNB, but I take it very seriously that records of my finances are been posted all over the place!
