FNB was supposedly awarded an international award for innovative banking. Well, I would love to know how and why they won. I applied for asset finance for my company and have never had a response. I applied for an overdraft over the Internet and have not had a response, despite getting an reference number and being told somebody would contact me shortly. It goes to show, like all banks, FNB is all hype and pretty words and pictures with no backbone and follow up on all that they promise. I suppose they would fulfill the promises they make if they actually did anything. Maybe I should join government ranks. FNB are scared of them and bow down to them. I will be alright though! If my name was Zeb or Aggi, I would have had a response. But I am proudly old South African and will survive. So will my business. We are made of better stuff than the staff at FNB.
