Alexander Forbes treat their loyal customers like they nothing. I haven't gotten my car as yet and they will not even renew my car hire. Lucas from Claims department is rude and not customer focused.
I pay a premium of R2600 without fail and they can't be bothered in giving me proper customer service.
Emails have to go the board for something to happen. I am taking this up and it will be on Carte Blanche. I think if they lose their market share to King Price and Outsurance they will start treating customers fair.
I got my insurance as part of a company benefit. I will take this up also with our rewards team that we lose this business and get someone better on board.
It is just not on.
My advice is not to join AF and don't take your car to renew it. These are the kind of people that should be in jail.
