Bad service

I went to FNb protea glen to reverse the Debit Oder but the service was bad the employes went at the work station there was only one to help us..and till today my debit order is not returned you with other banks u get it same time but FNB takes days I went to the bank In the morning.hai FNb is getting boring for me now
