No feed back given with regards to the Credit Bureaus credit profile being updated accordingly. No statement promised by agent and recheduling agreement by agent sent.(call centre who called me)
No correspondence has been sent to me as prove of our new agreement.
Its almost 1 month ago that Phumudzo Thanyani said on her response on hello peter that feedback will be given and im still waiting...
Im trying to fic my credit record and nothing or im not sure if it has been updated yet.
I would like to be email personally with a direct email correspondence that i can get hold of immediatley.
