I find myself writing another complaint about ABSA, this is the worst bank in the world no wonder people are moving to other banks. In Feb my account was debited later in the month which i don't understand why as they normally debit on the 1st of every month this resulted in my account being overdrawn. I sent an email immediately to ask why this happened, i only got a response towards end of March that i should send my ID someone will contact me to this day i'm still waiting for someone to contact me. Its actually sad as ABSA should be working on retaining their clients but it seems like they chase us away. But i have heard it with ABSA and i'm tired of complaining, i'm due for a new card and i'm not sure i want it. I'm looking for another bank, i'm not expecting royal treatment from my bank but i expected them to stick to the agreements and they havent so i probably will have to look else.
