I have been trying to get feedback on numerous occassions on an enquiry since the 17th of October. Does anybody in the whole of ADT ever actually reply to emails from their customers? Telephone calls and messages are also a complete waste of time.
I even sent a direct message to their Facebook page, but no reply. Since you don't bother to reply, I won't bother to pay you...
Please proceed with any legal action you wish, I am looking forward to take you on.
