Have waited days to get reinsured

I was insured with Regent Insurance. due to financial complications, i was not able to pay however all that has been sorted out. I need to get reinsured however for the passed 2 days, i have been told that a sales agent will call me, then when i call, i am told that they are in a meeting, this is unacceptable for an insurance comapny
