UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Hi,

I am currently unemployed and today 17 May 2013 an amount was debited out of my account for an old credit card. Nobody at FNB or Discovery Card had the right to do so without contacting me as a customer first. How they got my banking details is beyond me I am angry and very upset especially as I was not notified first.
