DISGUSTED WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE

On the 16/05/2013 one Farhana Hansa contacted me regarding my cheque account which is overdrawn and for which I have missed on payment. I could not speak at the time as I was at work and told her to continue with whatever she needed to do. but prior to this happening she told me that I had only made 1 payment into the account after our arrangement and I told her that is not true that she has to go back to her records. she was a bit loud and I told her that she must lower her voice or I do not want to speak to her. she then told me that I was also abusive to her. When I called her manager on Maya today she advised me that "she said I said" some nonsense and that she could not give me anything in writing as to when I was abusive. Do not speak to customers who have debt problems like trash because that is not what we are. I want to know from her when I was abusive and what did I do.

I also called Sharon Trollip from you debt review department and asked assistance as per the Section 129 letter sent to me and she says that she does not know anything about she can help me with. why is a number ad advice given on a Section 129 letter and the department does not know about it.???
