SO DISSAPOINTED

It saddens me that the most innovative bank in the world, takes 5 weeks to deliver a phone. My sister has been waiting and calling the FNB call centre once every week to follow up on an Iphone she was approved on 5 weeks ago. The first week they said it takes 14 days for the process to be completed which in my mind is ridiculous because then I might as well just have gone to any cellular network. The reason why we chose FNB is because its suppose to be faster and more advanced. I have 3 contracts with vodacom, mtn and cell c its has never taken me longer than 24 hrs to receive my phones. Yesterday I spoke to Tsidi who said she will get head office to call and as always no one called. Last week Thursday fnb called to say the phone would be delivered the Friday and nothing not even a call. Not once has FNB called me or my sister every week I have called them, IF THIS IS "HOW CAN I HELP YOU" THEN PLEASE DON'T
